1. Design the PVC Patch

2. Create A Mold

3. Mix PVC Powder and Liquid Plasticizer

The function of a liquid plasticizer is to soften the PVC powder making it into PVC liquid, so you can get any shape of custom PVC patches you want. The PVC powder and liquid plasticizer should be mixed in a ratio of 4:1, respectively.

4. Add Dyes

In this step, you can add dyes to make the PVC liquid into any color you desire.

5. Add Catalyst

6. Inject The Mixture Into Mold

7. Bake The Mixture

Heat the mold in the oven at a temperature of 175-180 degrees Celsius to harden the PVC mixture.

8. Cool The Mold And Remove the PVC Patch

9. Adding The Back

If you want a sew-on PVC patch, then it will be ready on the last step. But if you want to make the PVC patch with velcro or iron on back, then need to attach the back accordingly.
